After a short kriya to warm up the body and open the heart center, we’ll do a beautiful meditation using the sound current to Heal the Wounds of Love. Yogi Bhajan gave this meditation to bring positive change to relationships while removing past pains from the heart and psyche. It purifies, aligns and strengthens the heart and soul. We’ll relax to the healing sounds of the gong. The vibration of the gong promotes deep relaxation, releases us from the torrent of thoughts and stimulates the glandular and nervous system to a higher level of functioning.
